How to Build Self-Confidence that Last a Lifetime

How to Build Self-Confidence – A Much Needed Wisdom for Success

‘Your level of Self-Confidence is directly related to your level of success’.  Dr. Robert Anthony

Self-confidence is an inner sense of one’s ability or power to do or achieve something, whether it is simply being at ease among strangers or working towards building a network of distributors. Successful people  are characterized by oozing self-confidence that entrain others to themselves and their purpose. They  radiate a can do attitude that inspires others to work with and collaborate with them. While it can be developed as one move on in life, its very foundation starts well while still in the womb.

Experience of Wellness as Foundation of Self-Confidence

The foundation of self-confidence is the over-all experience of wellness in one’s self.  This experience of wellness is established while the baby is still in the womb and stay with them their whole life. Mothers who are mindful of their pregnancy experience and endeavor to maintain a wholesome experience will bring out babies which grow to be self-confident.

Practical ways by which intelligent parents do this is by complete nutrition and good emotional  experience through relaxed, stress-free and happy pregnancy experience. Even while still in the womb, the    unborn baby has already the power to imbibe the environment inside the womb and the outside world through the    experiences of the mother. Brain-intelligence potential is established through brain enhancing nutrition like DHA which can easily be ensured  for them through the mother’s nutritional supplementation. One factor that has been shown by research to contribute to development while still in the womb is music. Pre-natal research on music and learning of unborn baby gives ample evidence on the positive influence of music in pre-natal development of babies. Our experience of raising our 7 children in    an environment of classical and relaxing music during my wife’s pregnancy and beyond manifest  personal anecdotal evidence in the positive development of their temperament and  intelligence.
